We are neighbors for summer courses at CWRU. I spend my mornings waiting for Kristin to leave for class so he can catch up and coincidentally run into her for the walk across campus.

My not so subtle attempts to ask you out are finally noticed and reciprocated. Attempt #2 commences with liquid-nitrogen icecream! To this day there is a debate on our anniversary date.

We are smitten and know that this was just the beginning of a lifetime of love together.

As Senior year of college comes to a close, we hit our first major challenge together. The beginning of long-distance. We both head off to grad school but luckily we still get to see each other every couple of months. Our love is tested, and turns out we are stronger than ever. Your first semester at med school as the girl on crutches set you on an unexpected course to being a lawyer, and my first year studying neuroscience sent me into software engineering. We finally were figuring things out and by the time we reunited we were ready to start our new lives together.

Although it wasn't truly our first home together, living together in the DC apartment was a great chance for us to forge our relationship into something truly special. You spent your days at the DOJ while I spent mine bartending and applying for jobs. By the end of the two months in DC you were ready to start law school and I was ready to start my first job as a software engineer in Boston. This was good progress as we prepared for the next chapter of our lives together.

We move to Boston! Yes, we took a short break during this time, and yes, I'm soooooo happy we made it through that!

We reunited during your first semester of law school and were even deeper in love with the new knowledge of how bleak life is without each other. I love you!

I still remember the joy on your face when I first asked you if you wanted to move in together. We were so happy to finally have a place to call our own. Sleeping together and spending time together every day is still the best part of my life!

Enter Poppy! Our family was finally starting to come together.

Our first car together! Also when you ran a marathon! Life is speeding along as you enter your last year of law school!

You graduate from law school and pass the bar. As you prepare for your first job as a lawyer, I'm so proud of you and excited that you finally found your calling!

I can't believe we bought a home together and moved to a new city! We are happy to finally own where we sleep, and love our new neighborhood.

I remember the moment I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. It was the moment I realized I would be with you forever, way back in 2014. I'm glad that our lives finally settled enough so that we could finally take the next step together. I love you!!!!

You're pregnant! Just kidding, it's our baby angel Junie! Juniper's a whirlwind of chaos and love and we are so happy to have her bring smiles on our faces every day.
